Your absolute safety and complete satisfaction are of primary importance to Liberty Holiday. Our reservation guidelines maintain maximum scheduling flexibility:

1. General Cancellations

• Cancellations over 24 hours of scheduled departure: 100% full cancellation with zero administrative penalties or retention fees.
• Cancellations within 12 to 24 hours of pickup: A nominal scheduling adjustment charge may be applied to secure driver compensation.
• Under 12 hours / Late Cancellations / No-shows: The baseline single-day rate of the requested vehicle class will be invoiced to compensate for fuel mobilization.

2. Force Majeure & Weather Contingency

Due to seasonal heavy fog conditions and intense monsoons commonly observed across Northern Indian national highways, Liberty Holiday maintains absolute booking postponement parameters at no additional penalty.
